Well lads up at 04:45 and out for 05:10. Arrived at Craster 06:30 and saw some lads setting up on Bon Ami. Went down myself and set up.
ten other lads and myself and Duggie took us out.
Turned out to be a disappointing day.
I had about five undersize Codling and 1 undersize Ling.
Best on the boat Codling about 5lb by a couple of lads from Ushaw Moor.
Some small codling caught-about the 3lb mark but not many.
Wind started to get up which made for some uncomfortable fishing.
Back at 3pm and i was pleased.
Boat fishing over now until next Spring.
On the way in spotted a few lads fishing from the rock edges.Looks canny spots to try.
One other thing-how long does a floatation suit keep you dry. My Sundridge failed miserably. Mind there was waves coming over the bow onto me.
