Hello lads.
Went out at Craster yesterday with some work mates. Had a good day in nice ( showery) conditions.
Douggie took us out to some deep water -160 feet for our first drop and on my second drop i got my self a lovely 7lb cod.
fishing was steady away with fresh mackeral on hockeyes doing the bizz.
Towards the end of the day Douggie went about a half a mile off shore on the way back into Craster. One of the lads got this lovely 7lb pollack.
I put some fire jelly ail worms on and scored a 4lb pollack.
All in all a good day with some nice bags of fish caught.
As far as i know Bill (our oldest competitor) won heaviest fish with a Ling. This was about 7 1/2 pound.
Mick.
