  • Anybody Venturing Out Tomorrow 30th May ?

Anybody giving it a try tomorrow in their boats ?

Winds looking lightish south easterly then maybe a bit stronger east south easterly around dinner time and after.

    Decisions decisions.

Things can all change with the weather between now and then tho lol.

Just been to collect some crab, squid & bits of tackle, didn't know frasers in Whitley aint frasers anymore.

Had a walk around the marina it's glorious but there's a breeze on the river.

Just waiting for the nod myself hopefully see you chaps out there.
          Cheers, Keith.

sods law, been blarrin a hoolie up here all week, F6-F8, only managed 2 boaty trips, mind you one was on the lifeboat

monster swells off the atlantic have knocked a lot of the rock marks on the head as well, still been awesome though

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.

                      in order of quantities eaten:

langoustine, crab, squat lobster, oysters, ling, pollack, scallops, mussels, cockles, oh yeah and a few mackerel...

eat your heart oot mr charlton!

got to play on the lifeboat - jeez that thing can shift! (and gobble 100 gallons an hour )

and got to play deadliest catch shootin' and haulin' creels for a bit

lost count of how much beer has strangely arrived in front of me at the bar

and made friends with an ostrich (might of been an emu, not sure 100% sure)

                      might not come back

will post some pics if I do come back
