Weather Occasional rain, showers later.
Visibility Moderate or good, occasionally poor.
It's a bad all round scenario this week. We have still got patchy 'May water' inside which makes fishing very difficult. Easterly winds usually mean fog as well. It's grim all week end as well.
Took the dog along the south pier today, very choppy and large banks of sand drifting in the water. Long range is Tue SW going west so fingers crossed that thur and Friday i will make it out and it not set the fishing abck abit.
Seen on the news a lad was washed off and died at Souter today and 2 more rescued from Tynemouth area.
