Early season the crabs are no doubt a great bait .

As far as the stuff you've got there Tony the firetail worms can work well ,I did try the orangs cuttlefish but had no luck ( means nowt ) and I hope the orange and yellow muppets work as I've just bought 50

If I were a fish ............ I'd end up in a chip shop cos I'd probably eat anything that was put temptingly in front of me

On the subject of early season peeler crabs , is it a case of going out collecting them or can they be bought? I bought a few frozen ones late last year but they were just like mush when i tried to put them on a hook.
I'll have to find somebodys traps and steal a few i suppose , that's a joke by the way
