head down skinny good ground allover down there.thats where i fished all time wen had my boat.loads wreks there aswell full of big ling and pollock.theres cpl wreks north aswell but never had anything of them.you will catch fish straight out from crimdon caravans but wont be no where near as good as south.

Hi Doppa it normally goes quiet at this time of year as the cod are mixed up but if we get a settled period and a few sunny days hit the wrecks other wise go uptiding

where abouts are you moored as i am in hartlepool marina on the west pontoon

Welcome to the west pontoon, mine's on their aswell, their's a few lads on the forum got boats on the west pontoon now. Not long and we'll be getting t shirts made lol.

Some good rough ground off the cranes to the north aswell, always worth a try if your heading that way.

Your welcome to tag along when we're out and check some marks, but we don't normally start untill about april.

Do you mind if i ask how much it costs to berth a boat in there.

                    Thanks Mick.
