            Cought nowt

Hi all after the days fishing just off shore about 3-4 miles didn,t catch a thing. 8 hours on the boat and i spent about 6 of them thowing up as it was only my 2nd time on a boat i was told it will get over it after a few trips but hey i still enjoyed it there was 7 cod landed between the 6 of us all under 2lbs all whent back. It,s looking like it might be a good summer season.

Providing the groundbait isnt the most pleaseant way to catch a fish you have my sympathy as I know how it feels, try some joy riders the next time your out. Well done on the cath and return, there is always another day when they have had a chance to put a pound or two on

Don't worry about the sea-sickness, it has taken me ten years in the merchany navy to get over it but it has eventually came! Even now when its blowing a hoolie I feel a bit lethargic but that might just be down to being at work!
When I first went fishing on the boat as a kid with my mate who I am halfers with our boat they used to say here comes micky and sicky! I used to spew every time off without fail! Catching a fish before yaking and shouting for huey or ralp was a bonus!

I take stugeron tablets. Knackered without them.
