International Toplac is pretty good, but don't buy it. Buy Japlac from B&Q - its the absolutely identical 'made in the same big bucket at international' paint - but lots cheaper
the key to a good finish that will last, is less about what paint to use and more about prepaeration, get the surface well rubbed down, then cleaned off with thinners, and if you're painting outdoors wait till the weather is warmer - 14 or 15 degrees at least
if you've got somewhere indoors to do it, or good sheltered spot with no wind - a decent 2 pack epoxy from a motor factors will last well
If its already fibreglassed, and you want something thats tough as old boots, knock the top off the existing gelcoat with a 100 -120 git sanding disk, clean off with acetone, and roller on a fresh flo-coat (flo coat is gelcoat with a wax added to harden it in air if its not in a mould)
when dry, you can cut it back with a 400 then 1000 grit wet nd ry then using rubbing compound and you'll hve a finish that looks like a new boat fresh out the mould
flocoat is probably the cheapest - around 25 quid a gallon, but needs lots of elbow grease

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs
