  • No boat reports this week please!

OK lads, right now we should be relaxing in our caravan in Whitley Bay excitedly awaiting our first charter boat trip. Unfortunately I am ill again and we had to cancel our October week, for the 2nd year in a row! You guys have it so, so easy. We ladies have to go through the pain of childbirth and then when we get to my age, we have still more pain and suffering to endure!

So I think it's only fair that you refrain from posting boat catch reports this week. I feel crap enough without reading how amazingly brilliant the fishing is this week!

If you could do that for me I would be grateful

We are off to Gdansk at Easter, as we have never really caught well at that time of year, so we will be back down at the start of July and I hope to see you all then. I'm really missing being in the North East.

PS I have to say Kayos has taken it surprisingly well and is doing a decent job of looking after me and putting out with my wild mood swings!!

Thanks for the messages lads. I have been watching the forecasts every day this week and feel a bit better that we are not missing much. Hospital on the 21st, so hope it works this time. Need to get well as I can't take much more of Mark's food!

Norman I saw Tony's thread, shads look great. We will be down end of June/start of July. Can't wait to see you all again.
