First trip out for over 5 weeks, feels like we have only had half a season this year.........still a bit left yet hopefully!!!
At work til lunch so quick dash to get out for 2pm, wasn't sure what to expect but stuck to the close in ground off Souter, nothing spectacular to report, had a bit of sport with mackerel on spinning gear, happy with a few fish for the BBQ concentrated on finding a few cod, had 6 keepers all around 3 to 4lb, fished with light gear no problem and enjoyed a bit of sport.
Sorry no pics as sorted fish before remembered hadn't taken one, its been that long I forgot how to do it!!!
