        Getting back to the thread....Norman since you have been before is it worth spending a few hours down with the family and what is the crack with the boat comp? i.e h.f etc

          It is supposed to be a good night on the boat so I hear although I`ve never been to the night do ...........

          The comp is also good (I think the entry is either free or minimal) if I remember its something like heviest total weight of individuals 3 species ............ie you weigh in a cod a ling and a whiting (for instance).
          Might change format this year not quite sure but always been a great day, if your down there before Saturday call in and speak to Dave Woods in the Amble Boat office.

                  last minute decision I think Tony, since it`s a late late start (about 9 I think) and tide is low at 10.20am (medium tide) it`ll be big ling time on the wrecks ........ (if we can get out to them)
