I`ve heard tell that theres been a glut of smallish (4-5lb) fish netted just off blyth and a bit further north of there.certainly in reach of tyne boats and only 2 mile offshore.
I do say these are just rumours at this point in time but they come from a reliable source, so I think I know where I`ll be heading when I can make it out ...... mind you its a bitch to fillet 40 fish in one session !
