there\'s a book I\'ve been meaning to buy in waterstones richy, which lists about 400 wrecks from berwick to the tees with pictures of some of em before they went down.

    there\'s 2 volumes. vol 1 list wrecks prior to 1917, vol 2 wrecks from 1918 to 2000

there\'s a deal on amzon where you can get both for 23 quid. Don\'t know why I haven\'t bought em already as they give co-ordinates and the diving/angling potential as well.

watch this there\'ll be a run on them now!

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

                  Richy,
Not sure, but I think they may be the ones Dave has.
He\'s mentioned having books on N.E. wrecks written by a a guy who\'s dived on them - infact we\'ve often fished over 1 or 2 he\'s recommended.

arrived this morning (you gotta love amazon for that really) amazing how many wrecks, and some big uns as well, lie within half a mile of the piers!

gps co-ordinates for every wreck in the book. It says its comprehensive, but there\'s no mention of a couple of the more popular wrecks?

We fished \"The Aeroplane\" which can\'t be far off casting distance from the south pier (well for some people ) on wednesday night and did really well from it.
                          Cheers, Keith.
