Guys - Has anyone tried cuttlefish for bait up North? Either on the wrecks, ground or sand?

I have loads left from fishing on South Coast as I stocked up over the winter and didn't get out much due to weather. My next chance to use it will be off Hartlepool.

On the south coast cuttle will outfish squid 9 times out of 10. And views about using it off North East?

Some lads swear by it, but never had much luck it myself, saying that, I don't
catch that much anyway .
