Here are some drone images my son Oli took of us yesterday, fishing in the kelp beds just off Boulmer, and as the sea fret lifted.
It had been a slow morning until that stage. We fished the flood at Seaton point for a couple of hours with nothing much to show for it. Slackwater took us into the entrance of Boulmer where we float-fished for pollock in 8-20 feet of water. From thereon, things picked up tremendously, and I'll post a bunch of photos in the catch reports.
