Lots of guys seem to ask about the weather here. The usual TV reports are usually as useful as chocolate teapots. They try to cover half the UK in one sentence and its no surprise they are usually wrong. A good selection of forecasts can be found at "Ant Veals" at the following website http://www.greatweather.co.uk . The site I use most is www.metcheck.com/v40/uk/home/ . Just enter your postcode or location for today/tomorrow or click for 7/14 day at the side. A nice little extra is, if you click on "Hobbies" at the top, then "Inshore" on the subsequent page, you get a grid map of the UK. Click on the box nearest to you and you will get a forecast giving you predicted wave heights and directions etc as well as the standard wind and rain forecast. There's also "Fishing" but that's for our freshwater friends.
