      cracking video. when at work we use aluminium moulds and inject them with various plastics and make anything and everything

          lots to reply to ...
          santas grotto ? , errm probably
          CAD files ? not too bad when you know how, first parts are basic revolving surfaces with added geometry for blocks etc....... may enlist help for more complicated shapes
          produce to sell .... would be nice but the real costs are enormous if the time factor is worked back in ..... but as a hobby free
          enjoyment factor 100%

                  Thats ok Rob, those same kids are now making bits for baby CNC machines and flogging them worldwide

                    if only dunc ....... the effort required is enormous (time wise) and wouldn't bring in much of a pension maybe gonna have to work it to the bitter end ............. but got lots to do when I finally do retire

                              Top quality results, lead mould looks a lot better finish than shop bought, so much potential I bet.

                                I'm struggling Norm, I can work the software but I'm not very artistic when inputting the shapes.



                                Think you'll be better sticking with the balsa wood
