Looking for a boat

Was chatting to my mate today and he half joked how good it would be to have a boat (especially since the sun was out)

I'm not talking a floating gin palace, I was thinking more along the lines of something with , say, a dory hull and an outboard.

Where would I start looking for something like that? either online or otherwise...

Any hints/tips greatly appreciated

Alas I fear the venerable Nancy may be beyond my means....plus I'm only having a look at the moment, it's purely a pipe dream to see what's out there.
