      Top Notch!

I've been going out on the Sarah JFK for a little while now and have NEVER had a bad days fishing. Alan always seems to be able to find the fish even when other boats are not catchin. One lad had a cod over 32lb on sat and there has been loads of massive ling and pollock. last time i went out had 13 cod to about 6.5lb and a ling of 8lb. One of, if not the best skipper on the tyne. You will not be disapointed. Book up asap.

I normally use jiggers or baited daylites and i've always done well. theres plenty of macky for bait. just strip it down and hoy it on, if theres plenty use fresh evry drop. i've caught on orange rubber shrimps, twintails and shads before as well. id take a box of squid just in case macky are quiet, a few pirks and a few sets of daylights(Cod and mackerel). Alan can normally sort you out with some cheap daylites but check with him first. As your wreckin make sure you got plenty lead, 14 or 16 oz. I've been ok tho, don't normally loose much.

I emailed Alan myself a while ago and he said that he can provide tackle (I'm not sure how much he has available) and can also provide lures/bait etc

Best thing would be to ring him and ask him any question you may have - I believe his number is on the site
