  • It`s warming up

Certainly looks like a healthy will to win this season, everyones keen to try new tactics new baits and new equipment (as well as new boats LOL). It`s that time of year when you can feel the anticipation in the atmosphere ........... roll on. (any secret weapons ready for this year?) (oh I forgot, the fish attractors still to be proven )

bloody luxury! Out here in royston vasey the ground is still as hard as iron. I can see about 2\" off daffs struggling through. Only positive is the fact that the lapwings arrived back this week and most p issed off they look too, everything is still covered in snow

Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but bring a smile to your face when thrown down the stairs

Converting an MFV Fifie trawler type thing.

              Lol Mark.

I was through in Wolsingham last Saturday (my sister had rented a cottage for her & her family over the weekend). It was situated right above the valley on the road to Tow Law.
Ended up having to say overnight due to being snow-bound. Had expectations of still being there on Monday and having to ring work saying that I wouldn\'t be in.
Unfortunately, the farm track had been cleared and the road down into the town was also snow-free on Sunday - bollox......lol
