    Couldn`t post in sea state .............

    Hi Mate,

    Didn`t have camera with me today but similar scenes north of the tyne, boiling water ........... not what I expexcted from a predominately west wind. . the north in it must have had some influence.
    Watched a ship enter the tyne under real pressure (a Nissan Carrier) it had to go north a mile or so to try and cut through ...... three tugs in bay sitting in wait .. quite exciting LOL

    it was quite strange as the wind was from about nw really strong - we passed greatham creak(seaton carew road) at about 1230 one hour after low tide and the creek was empty passed again 3 hours later and the water was surging up as if the wind was holding it back for so long. there was even a small coaster anchored up behind the heugh as it was more northerly swell than anything else.
    give a man a fish and feed him for a day - teach the man to fish and feed him for life!!!!
