Well done Dave a nice fish a crackin pollack.
            Was a really enjoyable weekend. Also a welldone to Buster and Andy who came 3rd and 4th with codling of 4lb 2oz and 3lb 4oz I managed 8th I think, with a codling of 2lb 4oz and won 20 x 8oz weights.

Sunday was a bit harder with a strong westerly blowing I was paddling more than fishing. Me Buster and Beachblanker decided to have a break in Collywell Bay before heading back. We left Andy fishing and he lost a cracker on the lift.

            Looking forward to next year.

It would have won him a kayak as it was the only fish landed.

Someone asked for a look and when he got it out to show him it wriggled out of his hands. He was keeping it alive to release after the weigh in. As no fish were caught the organisers give him a rod which I thought was a nice touch.
