Think we forget how vulnerable we are when out if you have a major problem!! Glad someone was around to give assistance. I suppose it brings home the need to be aware what is going on around you and try and cover as many potential problems as possible before heading out..... Good luck to all involved and hopefully no harm done...... Apart from a lost boat of course.

Someone said it was on north east news about it. Didn't see it tho, what exactly happened? Pleased everyone got out of it safe, just shows not to take things for granted when out there.

Shows the importance of having all the right equipment on board & the knowledge & experience to use it. Scary that you need no training at all to get out there in a Boat. Thankfully no one hurt it seems.

Seems a popular spot near windfarms. Should be ideal with the structures and not to far out. Glad these lads ok and like Bob says importance of safety gear.

As long as they are safe, but then all the safety gear in the world will not stop a sinking ship.
