posted on 22/11/2004 at 22:46Got down there about 6.30, nice to meet Jim down there, I'll join you next time m8, I'm a bit self conscious about my naff casting lol. Didn't manage too badly with the new reel, although I did have a snap off after my third chuck, but managed to reel in my lost gear in 1/2 an hour later along with a whiting! I managed 3 whiting all together, I left about 9.0pm, was getting a bit nervous about the water flooding in behind me, In fact a lad out for a walk in his trainers had manged to get himself trapped, so me being the kind hearted sole I am gave him a piggy back through the water.
